Some Things
I had the swine flu (unconfirmed) last week and missed a lot of work I needed to do and readings I wanted to see. Ah well. Some things on the horizon:  I’ll be reading and handing out broadsides of my work this July 4th along with CA Conrad, Frank Sherlock and others as part of a FREEDOM FROM CAPITAL celebration. There’s a picture below of what one of my broadsides might look like....

Lisa Frank, I have good news for you.
It’s in my trapper-keeper. I’ll bring it with me when we meet. We can meet in the food court. It doesn’t matter which food court— Lisa, it’s up to you! You’ll recognize me because I’ll be the guy wearing 1,200 unicorn/dolphin stickers and a red Phillies cap. It’s the complete dolphicorn set you released in ‘97! I’m not afraid to use them...

For That Minotaur in Your Cochlea
The Dirty Projectors are playing June 17th at the First Unitarian Church. I’m not too pumped about the venue- seeing a show in the church basement is kinda like going to a PTA meeting. But it’ll be worth it. The Dirty Projectors (current lineup) are the best live band I have ever seen.  And their new album, Bitte Orca, is heaven. That’s the album cover above.  Sorry to gush.
